Returns/Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns or exchanges on all regularly priced merchandise. You can return your product for store credit, a different size, or a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return & exchange policy:

  • Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days.
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Vintage tees are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be in original condition
  • Returned items must have no visible or odorous signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal http://midnightr.returnscenter.com/ using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Returns Details:

  • A $5.95 processing charge will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
  • Returns or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return.
  • If an item is damaged, please contact customer service at info@shopmidnightrider.com.
  • If an item seems lost in the mail, please contact customer service at info@shopmidnightrider.com.

Additional Exchange Details:

  • Exchanges are free.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to exchange
  • Merchandise can only be exchanged by mail once.
  • Address changes cannot be made on exchange orders.
  • Exchange orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt of package
  • Exchange items are not eligible for additional price adjustments or promotions.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • New items cannot be added to exchange orders.
